TOUR 02 – TASTE OF SRILANKA

TOUR 2 – A TASTE OF SRI LANKA. ( 6 NIGHTS )

This tour is designed to whet your appetite for Sri Lanka.
It is a taste of the spiritual, historical and natural beauty of this enchanting land.

 

negombo beach
Day 1

Pick up at airport and drive to hotel in Negombo.

This day can be spent relaxing on the beach or discovering the area.

 

Day 2

In the morning visit Elephant Orphanage, in the afternoon visit to the famous Rock Temple in Dambulla.

Overnight stay in Dambulla.

 

Day 3

In the morning drive to Sigiriya, the 5th century fortress on the rock.

In the afternoon visit Polunnaruwa. Overnight stay in Dambulla.

 

Day 4

Drive to Kandy, on the way visit Spice Garden in Matale. After a tour around Kandy you will see a performance of traditional dances in the evening followed by a visit to the Temple of the Tooth Relic. Overnight stay in Kandy.

 

Day 5

Visit Botanical Gardens near Kandy and then drive to Nuwara Eliya, visiting a tea factory on the way.

Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

 

Day 6

Drive to Hikkaduwa or Beruwala and stay in hotel there, visit waterfalls on the way.

DAY 4 (D): Kandy
DAY 5 (E): Nuwara Eliya

Price: £300 per person sharing a double room ( $460 or €420 )
This price includes:

    Pick up from airport
    6 nights accommodation in standard hotels sharing a double room
    6 x breakfast
    All transport in air-conditioned vehicle with personal driver/guide

This price does not include:

    Entrance fees
    Tips
    Lunches, Evening Meals
    Drinks

Onward travel can be arranged at £20 – £25 per person per day
depending on distance and a minimum of 2 persons ( $30 – $38  or  €28 – €35 )
